A white Pinot Noir?? How interesting! Can't wait to try that. Is it the only winery to have made a Pinot like this?

I've heard of a few -mostly from Oregon (Domaine Serene). I think Novy Winery has released a 2nd vintage this past June called Blanc de Noir. They are generally described as satin on the tongue, but can lack acidity. Wondering how it will pair with food. Maybe I'll grab a Novy BdN and let you know.
