Pamela began her career as an "urban networker" where she directed consumer trend research for lifestyle oriented companies including L.A. Gear, Inc., B.U.M. Equipment, and Mossimo. From 1986 to 1990, Pamela held positions as L.A. Gear's National Director of Test Marketing as well as Sales Representative for Northern California. Working directly with the founding CEO, she assisted in L. A. Gear becoming the third largest athletic footwear company within three years of start up. Samples of footwear created in the test program managed by Pamela eventually developed into the Sketcher's brand, one of today's fastest growing footwear companies founded by former L.A. Gear executives.
Prior to forming Adams Professional Insurance Services, Pamela served as hospitality consultant to leading Northern California boutique hotel companies including Design Hotels, Raven Hotel Management, and Joie de Vivre Hospitality. While working with San Francisco's second largest hotel company, Joie de Vivre Hospitality, she served as Development Associate to President Chip Conley. Following new business leads and trends, Pamela helped contribute to the private company growth from $40 Million to $60 Million within two years and to winning Ernst & Young's Guerrilla Marketer of the Year 1999. Pamela also directly contributed research and editing of Mr. Conley's business book, "The Rebel Rules: How to Be Yourself in Business."

Pamela studied Fine Arts, Conceptual Design and Computer Applications at San Francisco State University. She lives in her restored farmhouse in Sonoma's Valley of the Moon -Glen Ellen, CA.
